“A strange blue object in the sky” reported on a YouTube channel from the user’s hometown of Centreville, VA last Wednesday night after it was recorded on a Sprint HTC EVO 4G phone.
The object was filmed near Lee Highway where it was spotted and moved irratically around the sky for nearly 10 minutes. Bryan Fains, who captured the image, said this ‘was no plane from nearby Dulles Airport.’ The Fains added that the object was silent and didn’t move like any aircraft I’ve ever seen before. He said that he and nearby residents are used to the type of air traffic that flies in the area, and have seen and heard it all — but not a flying blue light.
No explanation for this blue, unidentified flying object.
