Rolling Meadows police responded about 2:40 a.m. Saturday to a disturbance at the Steak ‘n Shake, 1501 West Algonquin Road for a male subject that was lying out in front of the restaurant and walking in and out of the restaurant — causing a disturbance. RMPD arrived in minutes and had one male in custody after a short bout of resisting arrest. The subject was discovered to be wanted in another county. Rolling Meadows police transported the subject to Rolling Meadows Police Headquarters.
Steak ‘n Shake in Rolling Meadows is open until 3:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 2:00 a.m. all other days.
