Prospect Heights firefighter/paramedics responded about 7:15 p.m. Halloween Sunday to a chimney fire in the 1000 block of North Stratford. Arlington Heights and Prospect Heights firefighter/paramedics quickly knocked down a chimney fire that engulfed the rear wall of the house. The wall and chimney was well-involved, but knocked down quickly.
Arlington Heights Fire Department, Mount Prospect Fire Department and Palatine Fire Department assisted Prospect Heights firefighter/paramedics.
