Arlington Heights police received reports about 4:50 p.m. Sunday that about five male/teens near Lot D, Vail Avenue and the train station were being loud and carrying sticks. They were also reported to be ‘mooning’ people. The offenders were described as teen-aged male/Hispanics, 13-16-years-old. They were last seen at 1 N. Vail Avenue walking toward the train station.
