Arlington Heights firefighter/paramedics responded to a crash on eastbound Interstate 90, just east of Arlington Heights Road, about 6:40 p.m. Friday.
At least four people were injured. Arlington Heights firefighter/paramedics called for three additional ambulances. Fire departments from Elk Grove Township, Rolling Meadows, and Mount Prospect assisted Arlington Heights.
Accident victims were transported to Northwest Community Hospital and Alexian Brothers Medical Center.
Fire crews cleared the scene about 7:15 p.m.
