Hit-and-Run Lake Cook and Raupp Boulevard, Motorcyclist Down at Scene Injured in Buffalo Grove

Buffalo Grove police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 5:25 p.m. Wednesday to a hit-and-run crash at Lake Cook Road and Raupp Boulevard for a hit-and-run car crash with a motorcycle also involved. Two cars and the motorcycle remained at the scene, one vehicle in the fled the scene. Police are looking for a gold Chrysler Sebring convertible with the top down that was last seen heading westbound on Lake Cook Road. The driver of the offending vehicle is described as female driver with dark hair.

The accident scene is in the westbound lanes of Lake Cook Road just west of the bridge near Raupp Boulevard.

The motorcyclist was reported down in the grass with injuries.
