Arlington Heights police responded about 10:10 a.m. Sunday to a report of a battery at the Courtyard of Marriott North Arlington Heights. One male hit another male in a fight regarding a woman. The offender, who is known by the victim, left in a silver Honda Accord. Police caught up with the suspect near Dundee and Route 53. Unknown if there was an arrest.
