AHPD Assists Cook County Sheriff on Bonhill Drive for Home Invasion, Turns Out to Be Fireworks Call

Arlington Heights police were requested for backup for Cook County Sheriff’s police about 12:05 a.m. Sunday for a possible home invasion in the 4000 block of Bonhill Drive in unincorporated Arlington Heights. Police on the scene with Cook County Sheriff’s police determined the call was only a fireworks call — mistaken communications causing the confusion.
