Arlington Heights police received a report about 1:30 p.m. Thursday of retail theft from the Jewel, 1860 South Arlingotn Heights Road. The offender was described as a female/Hispanic in her 40’s with a male/Hispanic about 11-years-old. Both subjects left in white vehicle after leaving the store with items and without paying for the items.
