Rolling Meadows 12 Oaks Apartment will fly the Mexican flags slightly lower than the U.S. Flags after protest and action by unknown subjects that lowered half of the Mexican flags to half-mast. One pair of flags is visible from I-90. The apartment complex has received protest calls in the past concerning the equal height of the U.S. flag and the Mexican flag.
