Theft of Groceries While Unloading Car at Central Park East Apartments

Arlington Heights police received a report about 4:35 p.m. Thursday of a theft outside a Central Park East apartment in the 1600 block of East Central Road. A woman reported that she was unloading groceries into her apartment. When she returned to her car from her apartment to unload additional groceries, the groceries and her apartment keys were gone. Arlington Heights police are investigating.

The crime is reported to have occurred between 4:15 p.m. and 4:35 p.m. Thursday.
