Arlington Heights police received a report about 2:35 p.m. Wednesday of solicitors in the 1600 block of North Fernandez about 2:20 p.m. The solicitors were carrying a Downers Grove solicitor permit. A homeowner told the solicitors that they were not in Downers Grove, and the solicitors acted surprised. Police checking the Hasbrook neighborhood.
