Video of Doubletree Grand Hotel, Biscayne Bay: Boy Survives 7-Story Fall From Balcony.
A four-year-old boy survived a seven-story fall from a Miami condo-hotel. The boy fell from a 17th floor balcony to the pool deck area on the 10th floor of the Doubletree Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay, 1717 N. Bayshore Drive. Trees and bushes broke his fall and cushioned his landing onto some dirt.
Grandfather Jerry Uwnawich: “One little scratch, that’s it. I truly know that God was with him every step of the way.”
The boy was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital for observation.
