Arlington Heights police received a report about 12:45 p.m. Saturday that a suspicious person was walking around in the parking lot at Kohl’s and looking into cars. The person told people he was a solicitor. He was described as a male/white with spiked hair, a dark T-shirt with white letters and dark jeans.
