Arlington Heights police received a report about 3:30 p.m. Thursday of solicitor with no permit and no teeth in the 600 block of South Kennicott. The resident at the door complained that he couldn’t understand what the solicitor was saying. The solicitor was described as a male/white with light hair, a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
