Arlington Heights police received a report about 6:15 a.m. Monday of criminal damage to a vehicle on the 1500 block of Fernandez Place. A white substance — possibly caulk — was found on a van this morning. The crime is reported to have occurred overnight. Arlington Heights police are investigating.
