Schaumburg police responded about 2:15 a.m. Saturday to a report of a fight involving about twenty males outside the Hampton Inn, 1300 East Higgins Road. As police arrived, the crowd dispersed. Some males fled westbound along Higgins.
Paramedics were called about 2:30 a.m. Saturday for one male with a minor injury. Unknown if there were any arrests.
