Arlington Heights police received a report about 3:00 p.m. Monday that a white/male in his 60’s with a light cap and a black jacket was stealing food from the Jewel at 122 North Vail Avenue. The man was carrying large plastic bags and appeared to be homeless. As the man left the property he was yelling and swearing in the parking lot. He headed for the train station.

Arlington Heights police caught up with the man at the train station. Apparently no complaints signed by the Jewel. The man was not arrested.
