Arlington Heights police discovered on patrol about 7:50 a.m. Friday that a Groot Garbage truck had just become entangled with overhead Comcast cables on a pole and took out a bank of telephone wiring from AT&T on Salem just north of Northwest Highway. A utility pole is also skewed by the incident.
