Arlington Heights police responded to Target in the 1700 block of East Rand Road on at least two separate times on Friday to arrest shoplifters. The retail theft at the retail store occurred about 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Friday. The second retail theft involved a juvenile offender.
Both offenders were transported to Arlington Heights Police Department headquarters after being detained by store security personnel. Both offenders were cooperative with store personnel.
