Arlington Heights police received a report about 11:20 p.m. Saturday that a male/Hispanic with a large build, 5’9″ in his thirties, wearing a white jacket and a white hat knocking no various car windows and asking for cigarettes. The subject was last seen walking eastbound walking in the local lanes of Palatine Road.
