Arlington Heights police received a report just after 10:30 p.m. Monday of a group of about 10 youths estimated age 15 that were congregating near a park in the 1500 block of North Windsor near the Arlington Glen Apartment complex. The youths were reported to be shouting and urinating on things in the area.
Police arrived within minutes, but the youths were gone upon arrival of the police.
