Car driving on left shoulder hits a parked van … then a bunch of drivers are going too fast and not paying attention.
Unbelievable that this happened. You would think it was foggy, but even with hazard lights and cones, people don’t pay enough attention and crash into previous wreckage. The accident occurred on southbound Interstate 405, just north of Vanowen Street near Los Angeles, California.
