Arlington Heights police received a report about 10:15 a.m. that a person with a truck with a white tank dumped a substance in a sewer opening in the 800 block of North Kaspar Avenue.
The truck had the words “Environmental Supply” on the side and was last seen traveling eastbound on Northwest Highway from Kaspar Avenue.
