Arrest warrant issued against actress/singer Lindsay Lohan, 22, for driving under the influence and hit-and-run in 2007, Beverly Hills police said Saturday. Lohan’s lawyer said the warrant stems from a “misunderstanding.”
Two months after the first arrest, Lohan was arrest for DUI and possession of cocaine.
Representatives of Lohan’s alcohol education program told the court Friday she was not complying with the terms of her probation, and that the violation involved her enrollment in the program.
