Arlington Heights Fire Department paramedics and Palatine Fire Department paramedics responded to a report of injuries from a stabbing and fight at Rand Road and Frontage Road just after 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
One victim was transported to Level One Trauma Center Advocate Lutheran General Hospital for injuries sustained in the stabbing.
Cook County Sheriff’s police managed the crime scene at Rand and Frontage.
