A car was reported over the bridge of Jane Addams Memorial Tollway Interstate 90 (formerly the Northwest Tollway) and into the Fox River in Elgin about 10:00 a.m. on Friday. The precise location is reported to be Duncan and I-90 near Trout Park and the Voyageur Landing Forest Preserve [MAP/SAT].
