Heather Locklear DUI: Suspected Influence of Prescription Drugs

SEP 25 2008 — DUI originally witnessed at 1482 East Valley Rd, Montecito (Santa Barbara) at the Montecito Village Grocery. About 4:30 p.m. a photographer/witness called 9-1-1 and followed Heather Locklear, 47, to a state highway where Locklear stopped with her car door open in a traffic lane.

The California Highway Patrol arrived and Locklear was booked at 7 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription drugs. Locklear was released on her own recognizance without having to post bail.
