Sir Albert Cole, 20, was killed and was allegedly the drunken driver of a Ford Crown Victoria whose passengers included a 2-year-old boy, two women and a another man, were critically injured in the DUI accident on West Columbus Avenue between South Kedzie Avenue and South Western Avenue [MAP/SAT] that occurred about 12:30 a.m.

The Crown Victoria struck a Toyota Camry which killed all three occupants — a father, a son, and a third relative: Otis Joliff, 28, Theodore Joliff, 28 and Otis Thomas, 46.

Chicago Fire Department called for an EMS Plan I at 79th and Columbus for seven victims in response to the accident.
