Arlington Heights requested mutual aid to fight a fire at the infield stats control building at Arlington Park Racetrack. Fire departments from Rolling Meadows, Mount Prospect, Palatine, Elk Grove Village, Schaumburg and Wheeling assisted with the call about 6:30 pm Saturday.
